NC.VJ744. A funky original for SATB and two soloists mixing jazz and gospel harmonies. After bluesy introductions by the soloist, the chorus enters with an up-tempo jazz. gospel section. The middle section is a surprising audience participation section a la Bobby McFerrin in which sections of the audience are taught riffs which become the harmonic. rhythmic accompaniment to the next choral section. The original material is brought back, and the piece ends with chorus and audience singing together in a hand-clapping finale. A fabulous closer. SSATBB with written out rhythm parts.
