this is exactly the same as the original except all the chords
have been moved up a semitone, so that none of the chords
specifically have to be barred. if you want you can tune your
guitar down half a step to acheive the sound on the record.

Am Em
I will be your Ferdinand and you my wayward girl

for those who don't really know what semitones are and stuff (but want to play barre and don't want to change the tune of their guitar):
just play everything as if there were a 'b' hanging on the end (well the C turns into a B) for example:
Gb (F#) B Gb (F#)
Elope with me Miss Private and we’ll sail around the world
Abm (G#m) Ebm (D#m)
I will be your Ferdinand and you my wayward girl
Abm Db (C#)
How many nights of talking in hotel rooms can you take?
Abm Db (C#)
How many nights of limping round on pagan holidays?
B Ebm (D#m)
Oh elope with me in private and we’ll set something ablaze
Abm Db (C#) Ebm (D#m)
A trail for the devil to erase
you can use these chords for the rest of the song.
