[A]
C Fdim/C
I used to think that I could not go on
C Fdim/C
And life was nothing but an awful song
C Fdim/C
But now I know the meaning of true love

I'm kneeling on the everlasting lines

This is almost right, but the Fdim/C chord is actually a Dm7b5. I think it's over F, but it could be over C, but, either way, it's not an Fdim chord. The chords sound very simlilar, but there is no B in the chord, and there is a D. Otherwise there would be a big clash between the B and C, which there isn't. The lead in to the Am chord is also unnecessary if you consider the above chord, so take out the E7+. The Fm/Ab chord is also actually a Dm7b5 (or Fm+6), and I'm again unsure about the bass, except in one spot, right before the Am/G. That's definitely an Ab, as the bass is walking down. Still, this is the best tab I've found so far. I'd make this a tab, but I don't know how.

This is the best tab I've seen, but there still are a few errors. The big error is the Fdim/C. There is no B in that chord, as it would clash with the C, and I'm pretty sure the C is not the bass. I'm pretty sure what you are hearing is a D, making this either a Dm7b5/F (or, put more simply, a Fm/D). The chords sound similar, because they both have a diminished triad (D,F,Ab). This also makes the the E7+ unnecessary--it's just an Fm+6/Ab, just like all the other Fm/Ab chords in the song. (I am unsure if the Ab is in the bass on some of them, though. An F in the bass sounds okay, too.) Finally, the lead in to the chorus is the same both times. It's F/G (G), not just G. In fact, that holds for every G chord in the song. Note that, of course, this all holds through the key change. The chords are thus F#m/D#, F#m/A, and F#/G# (G#), respectively. The F#dim/A is also an error.
